Stilldream Festival Volunteer ProgramWe are offering a 4-day festival pass (thurs-monday) in exchange for your volunteer commitment. We require that you work 18 hours, made up of 3 x 6 hour shifts, in exchange for your festival pass.
$120 Refundable Deposit
$30 Non Refundable Fee
$150 Total Deposit
Your Festival Deposit consists of two fee’s.
A $30 Non Refundable Fee and a $120 Refundable Deposit. The $30 Fee goes towards processing fees, a catered meal for each shift you work and Stilldream Volunteer T-shirt!
All volunteers must submit a $150 deposit to qualify to volunteer.
Fill out the application Send in your $150 deposit by paypal.
We expect to have a High Volume of applicants this year, so get your application in early to guarantee your spot.
Volunteer Application Process – Your Application won’t be processed until deposit is received.
After Paying through Paypal you will be redirected to the Volunteer Application. Make sure to include your full name and that it matches with the one on the application form. Upon completion of the volunteer requirements, after the event, You will be returned the Refundable $120 Deposit. If you do not complete your volunteer requirements, the amount will not be reversed. Your application will be processed when the paypal amount is received.
!!!! PLEASE MAKE A NOTE IF YOU ARE USING PAYMENT THAT DOES NOT HAVE YOUR NAME ON IT, (ie a friend is paying using their paypal) SO WE KNOW WHO TO CREDIT FOR THE VOLUNTEER DEPOSIT !!!

2nd Payment must be received by July 17th!

If you are choosing the deposit via check method, make your $150 ($30 Non Refundable Volunteer Deposit + $120 Volunteer Refundable Deposit). Check payable to Stilldream LLC. *Sorry NO Personal Checks

A $120 Check will be issued to you upon completion of the volunteer requirements. If you do not complete your volunteer requirements, your deposit of $120 will not be returned.

What happens next / Other important Info:
If your application has been approved, you will be sent the schedule to choose your shifts.
If your application is denied, you will be notified and your deposit will be returned to you.
Once your shifts have been confirmed, you will be sent your acceptance letter. This letter will contain the details of your workshifts and any special arrival on site information. You are not considered a Stilldream Volunteer until you receive this letter.
